Swish.com Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy is designed to inform users of the www.swish.com website, the mobile versions of the www.swish.com website, and any affiliated sites (collectively, the "Site") about how Swish.com, LLC. ("Swish" or "we") gathers and uses anonymous and user information, and in what circumstances Swish will disclose such information. Swish will take reasonable steps to protect user privacy consistent with the guidelines set forth in this policy and with applicable U.S. laws. We would love to hear any suggestions you may have to improve and tailor our privacy policies to help create a more secure user experience. Please email us at privacy@swish.com. In this policy, "user" or "you" means any person viewing any page or portion of the Site.

What Information Do We Collect?

User Information: Users of the Site may submit an email address or other personal information for the purpose of receiving communications about prices or deals related to items they wish to track. WE DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO ANY THIRD PARTY, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

Registered User Information: If you register as a Registered User ("Registrant"), Swish may collect your email address, password, security question, answer to the security question and any additional information you may voluntarily submit to the Site ('collectively, "Registrant Details"). Several of the services that we offer on our Site may require registration as a condition of use.

Cookies: When you view the Site, a small file called a cookie is placed on your hard drive. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. (However, by not accepting cookies, some of our web pages may not display properly or you may not be permitted to access certain information.) If you become a Registrant Swish will use cookies to authenticate your identity when you visit the Site and to personalize your user experience, such as by displaying your username, when you log on. Swish uses cookies to obtain anonymous information such as the number of visits to the Site that a certain user has made, the movement of the user through the Site, and the submissions and calculations that the user conducts on the Site.

Web Tracking Technologies: We use website tracking technologies that allow us to track general user traffic patterns. Swish also automatically receives and records information from our servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time, and information about the page you requested. Such information is called "General Tracking Data".

Supplementary Information: Swish may supplement user-supplied information, such as Registrant Details, with publicly available information. For example, if your IP address indicates a certain geographical location, we may obtain information giving representative geographic information about that location. This information is called "Supplementary Information".

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?

Non-Registrant Information: The information described above is used by Swish to operate the Site, to tailor our content to our user's interests, and to prepare aggregated information that helps our advertisers understand the audience they are reaching.

Registrant Information: Swish collects member information supplied by visitors who register, as described above. That information lets us better tailor our content to visitor interests and helps our advertisers better understand the audience they are reaching. We may use Registrant Details to deliver email newsletters on topics of interest, to better target advertiser promotions found in these newsletters and advertising you see when using the Site and we also may send general promotional and marketing materials to our Registrants, either by email or regular mail. We use Registrant Details and Supplementary Information in aggregated form to understand our customer base and to market our services to our customers.

Cookies: Swish uses persistent cookies to link Registrants to their registration information, which allows our system to confirm a user's identity and access level on the Site. Swish also uses that information to track service selections, and save passwords so that Registrants do not have to log in each time they visit the Site.

General Tracking Data: We use tracking technologies for a variety of purposes, including:

-Keeping count of return visits to our Site

-Accumulating and reporting anonymous, aggregate, statistical information on Web site and content usage to our partners and customers

-Determining which features visitors like best to help us improve our content and site, personalize your user experience, and measure overall site effectiveness

Supplementary Information: We use Supplementary Information to understand our customer base and to market our services more effectively.
